Support Student Research #GetPSYCHED #MeetMeInTobin
The Keith Rayner Memorial Graduate Student Research Fund provides research support for graduate students working in any of our Ph.D. programs. By supporting graduate student work, the fund also creates research opportunities for undergraduates.
For example, the first recipient of the award, PhD candidate Fiona Ge '15MS, has twenty undergraduates serving as research assistants (RAs) on her project, “Cultural Differences in Communication and Consequences for Romantic Relationship Quality.” Such research experience is invaluable for undergraduates, helping to open the door to graduate school admission. In fact, one of Fiona’s RAs was recently admitted to a Ph.D. program in social psychology!
Support research in PBS by contributing to the Rayner Fund during #UMassGives. HELP US WIN the April 27th 11 am–12 pm Power Hour! The fund with the most donations during that hour will receive a $2,000 bonus. (Donations must be unique: only one gift per donor allowed.)
