#UMassGives a World-Class Computer Science Education

This is your chance to make an impact on Computer Science at UMass Amherst and the College of Information and Computer Sciences (CICS)!

Gifts made to the CICS gift fund enrich the experience of Computer Science students—whether undergraduate or graduate—and provide experiences and opportunities beyond their academic program. Your gift of any amount provides support for:

Student activities like HackUMass, the university’s premier student-run hackathon; wearable LED workshops; and the 5-College Global Games Jam

Career fairs and other events that connect students with potential employers

Peer advising, student outreach committee, and student organizations

The CSWomen student organization, providing travel grants for students to attend the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing and the WECode (Women Engineers Code) Women in Computer Science conference
