UMass Club Water Polo is a student-run organization that competes in the Collegiate Water Polo Association's New England and Colonial divisions. In 2019, our men's team placed second in their league, and our most recent men's team placed third in 2021. And just last weekend, our women's team won an extremely exciting game in overtime that resulted in them coming out on top of their bracket! Club Water Polo offers UMass students the ability to remain active, learn a new sport, and foster community through competition.
Our club is funded mostly through dues from players and fundraisers such as our home tournament, restaurant fundraisers, and clothing sales. However, while we do the best that we can to fundraise, outside help is crucial for our team to continue to be able to afford to travel and play in all our tournaments. We hope to raise at least $1,500 to help cover tournament fees, travel costs, and equipment purchases among other expenses. Please help support UMass Club Water Polo, even if you can only give a few dollars. Any donation made to our team will help us out tremendously in the future and will not be taken for granted.
