UMass Women into Leadership (UWiL)

UMass Women into Leadership (UWiL) is a leadership training and professional development program that prepares students from the state’s flagship, public university for public leadership. We are excited to be back in person for 2022 and look forward to offering:

  • Leadership training through workshops and professional development activities,
  • Shared community through 1:1 mentoring relationships and networking opportunities,
  • Academic instruction through a 1 credit course, and
  • Applied experience through internships and job shadowing, including scholarship support for unpaid or low-paying positions.

UWiL is fully donor funded, so your support enables all of our programming – from field trips to scholarships, from guest speakers to the professional headshots that kick start our students’ careers. Your donation helps to prime the pipeline from public education to public leadership and offers critical support to the next generation of public leaders. THANK YOU!
