SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND HEALTH SCIENCES

Support Us Locally. Make an Impact Globally.

This year, we are focusing our efforts on creating the new Global Health Impact Endowment to provide funds for graduate students in the Department of Environmental Health Sciences who directly support the UMass Amherst Institute for Global Health. Assignments will emphasize a variety of training areas such as global surveillance, monitoring and evaluation, epidemiology, and strategic information and program management, thereby accelerating student careers as future leaders in global public health. Educating and training student leaders will help prepare them to face some of the greatest global health challenges around the world.

Matching Gifts & Unlocking Gifts:

Unlock $45,000 for our Global Health Impact Endowment: If the UMass Amherst School of Public Health and Health Sciences raises $10,000 during #UMassGives, Ken ‘96 and Elizabeth Mundt have very generously offered to donate $45,000 to create the Global Health Impact Endowment!

Thank you for participating in #UMassGives and deciding to make a difference! Please share your story on social media using #UMassGives and tell others why you supported UMass and encourage them to make a gift!

You can also support our students in a variety of other ways by making a gift directly to the School of Public Health and Health Sciences or any of its six departments.
