An anonymous donor will match up to $1,000 in gifts to jubilat between 8 p.m. and midnight April 30!

If SBS can reach $1,035,000, David Kelly will add another $10K!

If LARP is able to reach its goal of $6,100, an anonymous family foundation will provide $400,000 in support which will be made available to students in the Sustainable Community Development major who have an interest in working to improve economically disadvantaged communities.

Jerry Rose will give an additional $6,000 if Anthropology can reach $11,000.

New Challenge! If STPEC can reach $3,500 Melissa Gelley will match with an additional $5,000!

Dong Zhang and Ziying Tang have challenged us to reach $406,500. When we reach this amount for LARP it will unlock an additional $200,000 challenge.

Michael O'Connor has challenged us to reach $52,500. If we reach that, he will give an additional $100,000.

New Challenge! If SBS reaches $740,000, Greg Remmes will give $20,000 to SBS Dean's Priorities!

If SBS reaches $655,000 Bob and Peggy Cole will give $80,000 for faculty excellence. Bob says: “Faculty are the lifeblood of the university. Without them there is no learning, no knowledge creation, and no undisturbed search for the truth. We give because we believe the very best faculty should be at UMass, a place I am proud to call my alma mater. I hope you will join us.”

To celebrate #UMassGives, esteemed alumnus and UMass Amherst Foundation Board Member George Ditomassi ’57 is challenging the Isenberg community to make an impact. When 500 donors make a gift to Isenberg, it will unlock a $500,000 gift generously contributed by George!

If we can reach our goal of $2,000 for Legal Studies, The Coleman Family will generously give an additional $50,000 to support student scholarships, research assistantships and internship awards for Legal Studies students.

If the School of Public Health and Health Sciences raises $10,000 during #UMassGives, Ken ‘96 and Elizabeth Mundt have very generously offered to donate $45,000 to create the Global Health Impact Endowment!

New Challenge! If SBS reaches $200,000, Sheldon Kline will give an additional $20,000. Sheldon is passionate about financial aid, and has started a scholarship to support students from BMC Durfee High in Fall RIver, MA

If the UMass College of Nursing can get more than 120 donations during #UMassGives, a nursing alumna from the class of 2000 has generously offered to make a donation of $20,000!

If the UMass College of Social & Behavioral Sciences can raise $15,000 during #UMassGives, Mary Higgins has very generously offered to make a donation of an additional $15,00 to the SBS Dean's Priority Fund!

Ned Murphy will unlock an additional $12,500 for the Dean's Priority Fund if we reach $55,000!

If UWiL can raise $10,000 in gifts, Jean Vogel '82, will match it with $10,000 of her own!

When LARP receives $1,000 in gifts, Matthew Cunningham '00 will generously provide a $5,000 gift!

If we reach this new goal, Joel will donate an additional $50,000! “Scholarships are especially important as a way to attract, encourage and reward qualified students to complete their undergraduate degree and help them reduce their need for loans, especially those coming from middle--income families who may be the first generation in their family to attend college. I hope my fellow UMass, Amherst alumni will join me in giving back to our alma mater and current and future students.”

Friends of the Libraries have committed to matching gifts during the April 30 2-3 p.m. Power Hour. All gifts to the Libraries during that Power Hour will be matched until the matching funds are exhausted.

Once 125 donors contribute to the Accounting Department, a generous gift of $250,000 from John Spinney ’87 will be unlocked!

"I am pleased to  support UMass Economics through the scholarship program as it rewards students of need and of great potential. Education is a foundation stone of life and public institutions like UMASS that strive to make it affordable to ordinary people are especially worthy of support."

When 100 donors contribute to the Finance Department, a generous gift of $100,000 from an anonymous Finance Advisory Board Member will be unlocked for Isenberg!

When the Hospitality & Tourism Management Department raises $8,000 during #UMassGives, it will unlock an additional $8,000 from alumna Victoria Vega ’88!
