Department of Political Science

Your opportunity to give to the Department of Political Science is here with #UMassGives!

This April 29th – 30th UMass will run its annual #UMassGives campaign.

During this 48-hour period, every gift you give to the Department of Political Science will go directly to supporting life-changing opportunities for students and highly valued faculty research. Please help us continue to provide student support, guidance, and skills-based opportunities that will enhance the student experience and position students for success after graduation!

Our most important funding priorities for this year are:

  • Supporting internship development and placement, including on Beacon Hill, in DC, and with elected officials and candidates at the local, state, and national levels
  • Providing in-depth research opportunities for students to work directly with faculty using a hands-on training approach
  • Expanding scholarship funds to provide students the financial support they need and deserve
  • Supporting student-based clubs, hosting visiting lecturers and alumni leaders, and holding interactive seminars so that students are immersed in a wide variety of learning opportunities and community engagement across campus

Your gift will help enhance student success. Every gift counts! Please give today!

Thank you for your consideration,

Jesse Rhodes
