Support art students and the future of art, by donating to the UMass Amherst Department of Art's new scholarship program. "Excellence in Art" scholarships are for hardworking undergraduate art majors who demonstrate dedication and passion for the studio arts.

UMass Amherst Art students have the opportunity to receive a world-class art education while taking advantage of all that a large research university has to offer. Fostering both practical and intellectual skills, we nurture the creative process while offering professional guidance in order to prepare graduates for 21st-century careers. Artists emerge with cutting-edge skills and the critical thinking abilities they will need to thrive in contemporary work and society.
