Each year, the Stonewall Center looks to hire 6-7 undergraduate students to staff the center and organize our student-focused programs and events. These student employees are essential to our ability to continue providing frequent programming for LGBTQ+ students and educational outreach to the UMass community about LGBTQ+ issues and experiences. Increases to the state minimum wage have limited the number of student employees we can hire, so we depend on UMass Gives to have the funds to hire a full staff and continue to offer the same level of programming to the UMass community.
Please consider making a UMass Gives donation to support our student employees for an hour, a week, or even a semester.
Help the Stonewall Center supplement its funding for student employment and programming!
