- Provide academic success and community building initiatives – including tutoring, “engineering peers” and student affinity groups and organizations – for all engineering students.
- Fund early-arrival programming and unique undergraduate research opportunities for women; Black, Indigenous and people of color (BIPOC); and first-generation students.
- Support Engineering Equity Fellowships to increase the college’s ability to recruit and retain graduate students whose gender, race, ethnic, cultural, and/or national background contribute to the diversity of the student body.
- Support student design teams and outfit spaces for collaborating and studying at the department-level.
- Advance our curriculum-enhancing initiatives in the areas of inclusive design, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
