Department of Management

Your gift to the Isenberg Management Department will help us maintain and improve the world-class education and student experience we deliver in our undergraduate and graduate programs. Here in the Management Department, we facilitate a broad array of extracurricular programming for students, including:

The Isenberg Ethics Competition
The Isenberg Ethics Team, whose members have won multiple awards at national and international business ethics case competitions
The Isenberg Management Association, the student club affiliated with the Management Department that allows students to interact with industry leaders and alumni
The Ethics Speaker Series, among many other opportunities

While the professors in the Management Department are dedicated to their teaching mission, they have also amassed outstanding records of achievement in research. Our faculty have made numerous and significant contributions to scholarship and practice in both strategy and organizational behavior, and are actively involved with the Academy of Management – the leading organization in the field of management studies.

However, we can’t deliver this remarkable professional education to our many deserving students without your help. Your #UMassGives contributions can help us support the research of our faculty and PhD students, fund high-need scholarships, connect students with business leaders, support extracurricular activities, and more.

#UMassGives is a two-day event when alumni, students, parents, faculty, staff, and friends inspire and encourage each other to give to the Management Department at Isenberg. Our goal is to get at least 50 donors and to raise $5,000 over these two days. With your help we are confident we can achieve this goal!

Our Power Hour is Friday, April 30, between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. If you are considering donating, we highly encourage that you do so in that timeframe. If the department receives the most gifts from unique donors during the hour will receive an additional $2,000!!
