McCormack Department of Sport Management

Making a gift to the Mark H. McCormack Department of Sport Management is more important than ever, as we strive to enhance student experience and funding. With your help, we can ensure that our program - The Business School for Sports Business™ - remains at the cutting edge of our industry for the next 50 years.

During #UMassGives 2019, 219 donors came together to support the department. You can give anything from $5, $50, $500, or more. Your donations allow us to fund high-need scholarships, take students to industry conferences, and support extracurricular activities, among other things.

We are aiming to have at least 200 participants this year, and with your help we’re confident we can achieve this goal! Need a little extra incentive to participate? When we reach 200 donors, Neal Huntington ’92 and his wife Becca will donate $5,000 in support of the department!

Your contributions will enable our department to sustain and enhance the following important initiatives:

CURRENT STUDENT SUPPORT at both the undergraduate and graduate levels
RECRUITMENT of the next wave of sport business leaders
NETWORK BUILDING amongst our current students and alumni
