Support the Department of Judaic and Near Eastern Studies! Our talented faculty offer students two majors in Judaic Studies and in Middle Eastern Studies that emphasize understanding language, culture, and history, and teach critical and marketable writing, analysis and research skills. Our graduates use their Arabic and/or Hebrew fluency and broad knowledge in successful careers in business, government, academia, and international non-profit work. We are establishing a new fund to help our students pursue summer internships and intensive language instruction regardless of their financial ability. We hope you will help us invest in this key aspect of our students’ futures.
