UMass Recovery is a strong, proud, and connected group of students and community members at various stages of recovery from addiction. Our supportive and inclusive community welcomes individuals in or exploring recovery, those affected by substance misuses, and allies.
We embrace all pathways to recovery, offering peer-led recovery meetings, coaching, social events, and leadership opportunities. Collaborating with the Public Health Promotion Center and Harm Reduction Ambassadors, we distribute Narcan and facilitate Overdose Prevention and Intervention Presentations, distributing over 2,000 Narcan kits in one year.
Your donations are vital to sustaining our resources and activities. They’ll help us establish scholarships, attend conferences, organize social events, expand our peer coaching program and enhance our lounge space. Ultimately, we dream to create a dedicated recovery center integrating housing and communal spaces.
Gifts in any amount will make a difference as they will directly impact the lives of students working hard to balance their healing journey with academic success. Please consider donating during the 3:00-4:00 Power Hour on April 24, when the area of campus with the most individual donations will win an additional $2,000.
Join us in reducing shame and stigma and increasing access to care. Thank you for your support!
