Isenberg Women in Business

Established in 2005, Isenberg Women In Business strives to foster a supportive environment where students can connect, both personally and professionally, throughout their college journey and beyond. Our mission is to empower members of all identities and backgrounds, nurturing confidence and building a strong community within Isenberg.

At the core of our initiative is the commitment to provide accessible professional networking opportunities. To this end, we prioritize fundraising efforts aimed at reducing the financial barriers for our members. Our ultimate goal is to eliminate costs associated with these opportunities entirely.

One of our flagship events is the annual educational networking trip to Boston, which we envision evolving into a cost-free networking experience for all members. Through initiatives like these, we aspire to equip our members with the resources and support they need to thrive in their careers post-graduation.
