UMass Club Lacrosse is a Registered Student Organization (RSO) with two teams (A and B). The Club provides students an opportunity to play competitive intercollegiate lacrosse at the club divisions 1 and 2. Tryouts are run at the beginning of September, with fall pre-season games and practices beginning immediately thereafter. The two teams compete in the National College Lacrosse League (NCLL), facing the likes of Bryant, UVM, Tufts, Syracuse, Fairfield, Marist, etc... The teams also play a competitive non-conference schedule of games. Both our club teams regularly qualify for national play but fall short of making the trip a reality due to insufficient funding. We are looking to raise money to support such ventures. We are also looking to update our equipment, as much of it has become worn or outdated. Our current attempt at a regional and national playoff run would be aided immeasurably by this as well. Any donations are greatly appreciated and will contribute directly to UMass Club Lacrosse's ability to give college students a continued chance to compete in their sport.
