This year it has been especially crucial to have UMass Hillel as a safe and welcoming space for Jewish students on campus. We work directly with students every day to build community, and we are on the ground addressing issues of antisemitism, working in close partnership with UMass administration, faculty, and staff to ensure UMass is a great place to be a Jewish student. This school year we’ve created moments of Jewish joy; supported our students’ emotional, physical, and spiritual needs; and been a home away from home for all Jewish students on campus.
UMass Hillel is proud to empower students to explore and express their Jewish roots, support them with a caring community, and contribute value to the campus at large with award-winning programming.
