National Association of Black Accountants

The National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) is an organization for minority and underrepresented students that believe in the motto, "lifting as we climb". We are passionate about giving back to those interested in accounting and financial services and the community by providing them with the academic, professional and, personal needs that they have. We also help with their skill development through the use of workshops, conferences and recruiting opportunities, to network with top firms to create strong relationships as well as obtain internships and potential full time positions.

We are fundraising to help provide funds for recruiting events, such as hosting roller skating and trivia nights that will help attract more motivated strong students to our RSO. Raised funds would also help with traveling costs for students to the Regional and National Conference for student members on campus. We have yet to attend the National held in the summer. We are also interested in raising funds to provide members with NABA merchandise, such as t-shirts, hats and sweaters to help spread the word and promote students to join on campus and, eventually become a source of income.

RSO Challenge

The participating RSOs (registered student organizations) with the most donors at the end of #UMassGives will receive bonus money! First place will receive $1,000 and second and third places will receive $500 each! Make a gift to your favorite RSO to help them win!
