Surf Club

UMass Surf Club

The mission of the UMass Surf Club is to provide our members with the best experience during club activities and trips, a travel source for coastal trips, and the lowest possible prices on gear and training. Surfing can be expensive and hard to find, especially in New England, so we will be fundraising in order to have more events and present the opportunity for more people to learn how to surf. Our club has grown to over 550 people in the past four years alone, connecting surfers from all over the world and bringing together a wide variety of people. One of our goals for this fundraiser is to raise money for more wet suits, which would allow us to stop renting them and lower trip costs. Buying more wet suits could also allow us to surf outdoors year round, rather than just fall semester.

The participating RSOs (registered student organizations) with the most donors at the end of #UMassGives will receive bonus money! First place will receive $1,000 and second and third places will receive $500 each! Make a gift to your favorite RSO to help them win!
