UMass Hillel

At UMass Hillel we empower students through the vitality of Jewish life, to cultivate purposeful and healthy lives and relationships, that better our community and world. Your support of UMass Hillel during #UMassGives creates a strong, diverse and welcoming community for our Jewish students. It also develops the next generation of Jewish leadership.

As the center of Jewish life on campus, UMass Hillel is a warm and vibrant pluralist community with something for everyone. With amazing student leaders and a fun, dedicated staff, UMass Hillel is a great place for students to find friends, build community, and create meaning in their lives. Whether a student is just beginning to explore Judaism or went to Jewish day school or summer camp, all are invited to explore their Jewish identity at UMass Hillel. Our building is located right off campus and is a home away from home for over 2,000 Jewish students each year.

With multiple student groups, free Shabbat meals every Friday night, free trips to Israel, internship opportunities, and events going on almost every day of the week, UMass Hillel is a multi-faceted and exciting community.
