The UMass Amherst Libraries Sustainability Fund empowers students, faculty, and researchers to tackle today’s most pressing environmental, economic, and social challenges.

Your support helps the Libraries expand collections, exhibits, and programs that advance sustainability across campus and beyond. From climate change and environmental justice to sustainable economies and communities, the Libraries provide trusted, accessible resources that inspire learning, teaching, and action.

This fund also strengthens more than 300 sustainability-related courses offered at UMass Amherst, ensuring students across every discipline have access to critical research materials, innovative learning experiences, and interdisciplinary perspectives. In addition, your gift supports the work of the School of Earth and Sustainability, helping to fuel discovery, collaboration, and real-world impact.
