The American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) Student Chapter at UMass prepares students for successful careers in the hospitality industry by connecting them with real-world experiences beyond the classroom.

Through regular meetings and events, members engage with hotel executives, industry professionals, and UMass alumni—gaining valuable mentorship, career insights, and access to internship and full-time opportunities in the lodging industry.

Your support will help fund our annual New York City industry trip this November, where students tour leading hotel properties and meet with hospitality leaders. This hands-on experience is a pivotal opportunity for students to build connections and explore career pathways.
