Mark H. McCormack Department of Sport Management

Top Seniors

As the pioneer in the sport management industry, we aspire to always maintain our reputation of excellence at all levels. For this to continue, we ask for your help. Your gift to the Mark H. McCormack Department of Sport Management ensures we can sustain and enhance the following important initiatives:

  • Enhancing real-world industry experiences and connections.
  • Promoting diversity and inclusion within our student body.
  • Supporting the empowerment and advancement of women in the sport industry.
  • Providing financial aid for both academic pursuits and career development opportunities.

This spring, our graduate students headed to Spain for our Sport Business Immersion trip, with front row seats to a FC Barcelona match at Camp Nou!

Each year, our department ranks among the very top of all UMass Amherst departments and groups in terms of both participation and total gifts raised – a testament to the loyalty, passion and connectedness of our alums! This year, our ambitious goal is to rally over 150 donors and raise $25,000 --- please help us get there by making a gift today.

Thanks to a generous challenge from Neal '92 MS and Becca Huntington, every 30 gifts unlocks $1,000 in support of the department—up to $5,000! Support what you love about McCormack and amplify your impact!

Every donation, no matter the size, is a step forward in our mission. Your participation is a testament to your belief in our students and their potential to reshape the sports industry.
