UMass Amherst Student Nurses Association

The UMass Amherst Student Nurses Association is a club for all nursing students regardless of year or program. Our goals as an organization include:

1. Participation in local charity events to create bonds between our college with the surrounding communities and raise funds for local foundations
2. Build connections between students within our college across academic levels & programs
3. Provide networking opportunities with practicing nurses and healthcare organizations to students
4. Promote internal EMCON pride
5. Provide leadership, growth, and professional development opportunities to students within the college

The events we currently partake/volunteer at are: The ALS Walk (Florence, MA), The Rays of Hope Walk (Springfield, MA), Hot Chocolate Run (Northampton), The Syrup Stampede (Florence, MA), and The Boston Marathon.

We are so grateful for your willingness to donate to our organization. With the funds we will be able to provide materials for general body meetings, increase promotional material for our events, and look to expand our reach by attending local & international conferences with other SNA chapters and/or nursing leaders!
