Women in Medicine has raised $ 45 from 4 Gifts!
Women in Medicine

Women in Medicine (WIM)’s primary goal is to break barriers, foster mentorship, and build a community of strong, compassionate future healthcare leaders. Whether someone is just starting their journey or already preparing for medical school, our club provides a supportive space for collaboration, growth, and advocacy for gender equity in medicine. Since our founding in Spring 2025, we’ve hosted events that provide clinical exposure and share resources with our peers, such as suture nights, vital nights, and Build a Better Pre-Med sessions. Through these experiences, WIM has grown quickly over the past year, reaching over 800 students on social media and regularly bringing together 45+ attendees at our events.

We are raising funds to continue and expand these opportunities for Fall 2026. With your support, we hope to host larger events such as career panels, networking nights, and conferences that make the pre-health journey feel more accessible and less overwhelming. Our biggest planned event is the Conference of Women in Medicine, where undergraduate students can hear directly from admissions officers and current medical students and gain real insight into the application process. Your support helps us continue building a supportive community for future healthcare leaders.
