Support the Next Generation of Food Science Leaders
UMass Food Science is raising funds to directly support and enhance the student experience through providing opportunities that shape learning and innovation beyond the classroom.
Your gift will help provide students with hands-on experiences such as:
- Travel support to present research at scientific conferences
- Funding for student-led projects and competitions
- Professional development opportunities and networking events
- Access to specialized training and experiential learning
These funds are intentionally flexible, allowing the department to respond in real-time to student needs. Whether that’s supporting conference attendance, launching a new initiative, or strengthening our community.
At its core, this effort is about the UMass Food Science family of alumni, current students, faculty, and staff supporting generations of students today and into the future to provide them with a first-in-class educational experience. Every contribution helps expand opportunity and strengthen the next generation.
