At the Center for Multicultural Advancement and Student Success (CMASS), we are more than just a support program — we are a community dedicated to student empowerment, cultural celebration, and academic achievement.

Every day, CMASS uplifts first-generation students, students of color, multiracial students, foster youth, and low-income students by providing meaningful opportunities that nurture success and build a strong sense of belonging. But we can’t do this without you.

Where Your Donation Goes

Your gift helps fund an endowed scholarship fund that distributes $1,000 annually to support our students — and with your help, we can grow that impact even more!

What we offer:

• Success Coaching - Personalized, asset-based coaching to help students set and achieve their academic, professional, and personal goals — meeting as often as they need
• Each One Reach One Mentoring Program - A supportive mentorship program for students pursuing graduate school, including writing workshops, peer networks, and feedback on applications.

Cultural Centers that Celebrate Identity and Community

• Josephine White Eagle Cultural Center: A vibrant gathering space for Native and Indigenous students across the Five Colleges.
• The Latinx American Cultural Center: A home for students of the Latinx diaspora to connect, express, and celebrate identity.
• Malcolm X Cultural Center: A welcoming space uplifting the voices, cultures, and experiences of the Afro-American diaspora.
• Yuri Kochiyama Cultural Center: A dynamic hub for Asian diaspora students to share and learn across diverse cultures.
