We are the UMass Club Field Hockey team and we are so excited to be able to participate in UMassGives this year! As a driven and dedicated team, we are always searching for ways to fundraise to provide us with a more flexible fall and spring season. With the support garnered through UMassGives, we aim to further elevate our performance by affording essential resources such as game, travel, and uniform fees. Not only do we use contributions to further our athletic expenditures, but we also use these resources to help us give back to surrounding communities. We have been working incredibly hard the past few years and have grown our program tremendously. We have qualified for nationals the past 4 years with impressive records in the fall. As a team, we travel all over New England, playing teams in the surrounding areas. We are beyond proud of ourselves for all of the work we have accomplished and always finish our season with a strong record. Last fall, we had only 1 loss at Nationals with a very close game with Duke University. Currently, we are training for our spring season with a few games upcoming. We would appreciate any support offered to our team to help us in playing, whether that be a donation to aid in paying for our expenses, or by helping us spread the word.
