Who Are We?
The UMass Cycling Club has been around since 1973. To put it simply, we ride bikes! We compete in the Eastern Collegiate Cycling Conference (ECCC) along with a lot of other schools from the northeast. We have three
Our Goal for UMassGives
Our goal is to raise enough money to allow us to cover the cost of racing for our riders next year. Rising gas prices, race fees, and increased interest in the club are rapidly driving up costs. We want to make racing bikes as affordable and accessible as possible! We want to be able to grow the sport we love as much as possible, and we need your help! On top of covering registration and gas for our racers, we need funding to host three races this year. We are going to host the Ghosts CX cross race in the fall, The Happy Valley Rally crit race in the spring, and a dual slalom race in the late spring. On top of all of this, we would also like to be able to support our riders who will be racing in nationals next year! The future of the club is exciting, and we need your support to reach our full potential!
