Operations & Information Management Department

UMass Gives 2025 is here, and it's time to unleash your OIM pride!

The incredible momentum of the Operations & Information Management Department is powered by YOU — our dedicated OIM community. Thanks to the generosity of supporters like you, last year’s UMass Gives campaign enabled us to award nearly $10,000 in scholarships from the OIM Student Scholarship Fund, directly supporting the bright futures of our students. Your contributions also helped make the OIM Industry Career Day a resounding success, connecting students with industry leaders and expanding their career horizons. The OIM ascent is unstoppable!

Just look at the remarkable strides we’re making together:

* 97% of OIM students secure a job within 6 months of graduation.
* OIM graduates command the highest median salary among all Isenberg majors.
* The OIM Club is thriving, with recruiters actively seeking out our exceptional students.
* Completing the OIM Business Analytics Certificate gives students a distinct competitive edge.
* The OIM AI Recognition Award and OIM SAP Recognition Award equip students with hands-on experience in cutting-edge AI and ERP systems.
* Our OIM faculty and PhD students continue to earn top-tier research awards and professional accolades.

But this is just the beginning. We’re on a mission to sustain and elevate these programs, ensuring that the OIM department continues to lead and inspire for years to come. We need your help to make it happen!

This UMassGives, we’re setting a bold goal: 50 gifts and at least $10,000 raised to support our mission. Let’s come together and show the university the power of our OIM community!

OIM Advisory Board Chair David Sands ’92 and his wife Lisa ’95 are challenging the OIM community to get involved and support OIM students. For every $750 raised in support of the OIM Department, the Sands will generously contribute $1,000, up to a total of $5,000!

Thank you for your continued support!
