Dance Team

The UMass Dance Team is a Division 1 collegiate dance team that performs at all men’s and women’s basketball games as well as football games and other community and athletic events. We travel to Orlando, Florida in January to compete at the Universal Dance Association (UDA) national college dance competition alongside the UMass Cheerleading team, and compete in the D1A jazz and D1A game day divisions. As of 2023, we are 2nd place champions in the division 1A spirit program game day. This year, we also traveled to New York City to perform in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade with the Minuteman Marching Band! All donations will be used to support team travel, uniforms, costumes and other gear for our success this season. Any gift, no matter the size, will play a key role in our team’s success.
