UMass Club Water Polo is a student-run organization that competes in the Collegiate Water Polo Association in the Colonial and New England Divisions. We have 35 members in our club playing in two seasons, where we play other club collegiate water polo teams in the surrounding area. In the 2024/2025 season, our fall team placed 2nd in the Colonial Division and our spring team placed 5th in the New England Division. Club Water Polo offers UMass students the ability to remain active, learn a new sport, and foster community through competition.
Our club is funded mostly through dues from players and fundraisers such as our home tournament. However, while we do the best that we can to fundraise, outside help is crucial for our team to continue to be able to afford to travel and play in all our tournaments. We hope to raise at least $1,500 to help cover tournament fees, travel costs, and equipment purchases among other expenses. Please help support UMass Club Water Polo, even if you can only give a few dollars. Any donation made to our team will help us out tremendously in the future and will not be taken for granted.
