A gift made ANY time is appreciated, but we especially need your support on Tuesday, April 29, noon to 1 pm EDT to win the $2,000 Power Hour!
Make a gift of $5 or more to Women for UMass Amherst on April 29 between noon and 1 p.m. If we receive the largest number of donations during this hour, we will win a bonus challenge of $2,000! These additional funds will directly support the WFUM Grants program, which has provided over $405,000 in grants to 87 campus projects since 2013.
Our goal is to raise $5,000 to award to deserving campus programs this fall. Your support could help fund projects like:
- National Lesbian and Gay Journalists Association Student Chapter
- FEMS: Female Emotional Memory and Sleep Study
- Women Civil Engineering Leadership Summit
- Hack(H)er413 2025
- Empowerment Expedition: A Company Visit for Women Graduates

Purpose of WFUM Fund
The WFUM Grants program promotes the advancement of campus initiatives focused on access, support, and opportunity for students. Applicants from across campus are encouraged to apply for funding for any project that forwards the mission and goals of UMass Amherst, especially those that positively impact women and their respective communities.
