UMass Dressage Team

The UMass Dressage Team is a close-knit competitive team, as a part of the Intercollegiate Dressage Association, where we compete with five other schools in the region during the entire academic year. The team rides out of Muddy Brook Farm in Amherst, and consists of riders of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced, and provides opportunities for all riders to develop their skills, grow in confidence, to compete in a welcoming environment, and to find community. In previous years, the team has qualified for IDA Nationals because of strong regional performances, and have traveled to North Carolina and Virginia to represent UMass, where our riders have achieved high point champion among several other high placings.

Your support through UMassGives helps to ensure that the team has the resources to continue to compete and to make dressage more accessible to all student athletes. Contributions will directly benefit the team’s travel expenses, equipment, and coaching, ensuring that the team can continue to represent the university and to pursue their passion for the sport of dressage and the horse.
