UMass Robotics Club
The Umass Robotics club is a student run club that works cross functionally with students in the college of computer science and the college of engineering on robotics projects and challenges. This year the team plans on building a humanoid robot to compete in the 2025 MassRobotics challenge. Along with the competition the club also hosts weekly robotics meetings where the team leads club members through robotics workshops and projects.
The team is seeking funding to cover the costs of competing and running the club workshops. Money raised will go towards purchasing parts for the humanoid robot, buying kits and materials to run robotics workshops, and other club activities.
